Can I import our existing close checklist from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. ComplyBar supports CSV import for close checklists. Export your existing spreadsheet as a CSV file, then use the import tool on the tasks page to map your columns to ComplyBar's task fields — title, assignee, due date, category, and description.

The import tool shows you a preview of how your data will map before you commit, so you can catch any issues with column alignment or formatting. Once you confirm, the tasks are created in bulk and assigned to the period you select.

If your spreadsheet is in Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets, simply export it as CSV first. The import handles the most common checklist formats — one row per task, with columns for the key fields. You don't need to match our exact column names; the mapping step lets you assign each column manually.
